Youth in Kanye Engage with De Beers, UNICEF, and Government to Unlock Skills and Career Opportunities. • Open Internships for final-year students, offering 3- to 6-month work placements in various sectors;
• Access to the De Beers Diamond Academy, which offers short courses for those looking to enter the mining industry;
• Sponsorship and leadership development programmes, including the Leaders Accelerator, which equips participants with knowledge and tools to fast-track personal and professional growth.
