Swakop Uranium Invites Erongo Farmers to Submit Livestock Quotations for Hope Farm PProject. Swakop Uranium has issued a call to farmers and livestock producers in the Erongo Region to submit electronic quotations and expressions of interest for the supply and delivery of livestock under its SUF Hope Farm Project.

According to the notice, the company is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of a total of 378 animals, including Boer goats, Damara sheep and Van Rooyen sheep. The invitation is open to local farmers and producers within the Erongo Region.

The procurement process forms part of the SUF Hope Farm Project, an initiative linked to Swakop Uranium’s broader community development efforts. The project is intended to support agricultural activities through the sourcing of livestock from local producers.I

Interested farmers and livestock producers are required to submit their quotations and expressions of interest electronically. The closing date for submissions has been set for 9 January 2026, with a deadline of 17h00. No late submissions are expected to be considered after the closing time.

Swakop Uranium stated that the initiative aligns with its commitment to sustainable development and local empowerment. By sourcing livestock locally, the company aims to engage directly with regional producers and contribute to economic participation within the Erongo community.
