A fourth piece of legislation, the Customs Bill, was also gazetted on the same day, although attention is currently centred on the three tax measures.

The publication of draft tax legislation in the gazette signals an open call for public participation. Members of the public, industry stakeholders and professional bodies are invited to review the proposed laws and submit comments on areas they believe may require clarification or improvement.
