NACB Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gaokgakala Daniel Lemmenyane will join industry leaders as a panellist during the CEOs & Managing Directors Forum, contributing to discussions on the future of work, innovation, and sustainable development. The forum will be held under the theme: “Bridging Technology and Future Skills for Sustainable Jobs and Readiness.”

The summit provides a platform for leaders across sectors to explore strategies that address the evolving demands of the workplace, with a particular focus on technology integration, skills development, and sustainability. For NACB, participation ensures that the creative industries are represented in conversations shaping future employment trends.

As a key stakeholder in Botswana’s cultural and creative sector, NACB emphasised the importance of aligning the arts with broader national and regional agendas on innovation and job creation. The Council noted that creative industries contribute significantly to economic diversification and must be included in dialogues about future skills and sustainable employment

The Employee Africa Summit has grown into a leading continental gathering, attracting executives, policymakers, and innovators committed to building resilient organisations and inclusive economies. By engaging in this year’s edition, NACB aims to highlight the role of culture and creativity in driving sustainable development and preparing communities for the future of work.

With Botswana hosting the event, the summit underscores the country’s position as a hub for innovation and leadership in Africa’s evolving employment landscape
