Botswana-based property investment company Letlole La Rona (LLR) has confirmed its withdrawal from the Kenyan market, marking the end of its involvement in Orbit Africa Logistics, a venture that has proven financially challenging and triggered a broader review of the company’s regional strategy.

In a recent trading update, LLR stated that the decision “aligns with our duty to investors and reflects our commitment to preserving and enhancing long-term shareholder value.” The company added that “various exit options are actively being explored” to ensure a responsible divestment process that minimises financial impact.
