KBL Seeks Local Expertise for Conveyor System Maintenance Across Packaging Operations. Kgalagadi Breweries Limited (KBL), a subsidiary of AB InBev, has issued a public call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified service providers for the maintenance of conveyor systems within its packaging facilities.

The invitation targets experienced vendors capable of handling mechanical and electrical maintenance of bottling and canning conveyors. The scope of work includes the replacement of critical components such as chains, sprockets, guide rails, rollers, and bearings. Additional responsibilities cover lubrication, inspections, cleaning, and condition monitoring — all aimed at improving operational performance and minimizing downtime.

In line with AB InBev’s global Maintenance Pillar standards, KBL is seeking service providers who can demonstrate technical capacity, industry experience, and the ability to deploy a complete team of professionals, including supervisors, artisans, welders, and assistants. Vendors are also expected to provide necessary tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Interested parties are required to submit three key documents:

• A brief company profile
• Evidence of relevant experience in industrial conveyor maintenance
• A summary of technical capacity and available staff
