Hoisting Solutions CEO Joins Stanford Seed Transformation Program 2025. Eunice Mpoloka, Founder and CEO of Hoisting Solutions, has been selected to join the 2025 Stanford Seed Transformation Program (STP) Southern Africa cohort, marking a significant milestone in her entrepreneurial journey.
Mpoloka will represent Botswana in the 8th edition of the globally recognized business leadership initiative hosted by the Stanford Graduate School of Business. The Seed Transformation Program focuses on scaling and strengthening high-potential enterprises in emerging markets through leadership development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Hoisting Solutions is a majority female citizen-owned business specializing in crane hire and lifting services across Botswana. With operational bases in Gaborone, Letlhakane, and Jwaneng, the company serves clients in the mining, commercial, and private sectors. Its emphasis on safety, quality, and innovation has positioned it as a key player in the country’s heavy equipment and plant hire industry.
The selection of Mpoloka to the STP cohort highlights her leadership in a traditionally male-dominated sector and aligns with broader goals of economic inclusion and empowerment. Through the program, participants receive access to faculty-led sessions, peer collaboration, and tailored business mentorship aimed at accelerating growth and sustainability.
The STP is part of Stanford Seed’s broader mission to foster entrepreneurial transformation across Africa and South Asia. Applications for the 2026 cohort are currently open, with a deadline of May 1, 2025.
Eunice Mpoloka’s participation in this program reflects the growing recognition of Botswana’s entrepreneurial talent and the expanding footprint of local businesses on global platforms.
