The FNBB Foundation has announced a call for applications for the 2026 Entrepreneurship & Soft Skills Training Programme, inviting unemployed Batswana aged 18 to 35 years to apply. The initiative, offered in partnership with the Institute of Entrepreneurial Development (IED), aims to empower young people with practical skills in entrepreneurship and career development.

The programme will be hosted at the First Youth Centre in Molepolole, providing participants with access to training designed to strengthen their business knowledge and personal development. By focusing on both entrepreneurship and soft skills, the initiative seeks to equip youth with the tools needed to navigate the challenges of starting and sustaining enterprises, while also enhancing employability.

Applications can be submitted through multiple channels. Interested candidates may apply online via the IED Facebook page, collect and submit forms at the First Youth Centre in Molepolole, or at the FNB Molepolole branch. Alternatively, completed forms can be emailed to training@iedbotswana.co.bw.

The deadline for submissions is 17 April 2026, giving applicants a limited window to secure their place in the programme. For enquiries, the FNBB Foundation has provided the contact number 73 841 570.

This initiative reflects FNBB Foundation’s ongoing commitment to supporting youth empowerment and enterprise development in Botswana. By partnering with IED, the programme combines institutional expertise with community engagement, ensuring that participants benefit from structured training and mentorship.

The call for applications underscores the importance of investing in young people as drivers of innovation and economic growth. With the programme now open, the FNBB Foundation encourages eligible youth to take advantage of the opportunity to build skills that can shape their future.
