FNB Botswana Seeks Local Partners for Travel Management Services. First National Bank of Botswana Limited (FNB Botswana) has issued a public call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from locally registered companies to provide Travel Management Services. The initiative aims to streamline the bank’s domestic, regional, and international travel through a modern, integrated Travel Management System (TMS).
The opportunity, listed under reference EOI/002/FNBB/2025, invites qualified service providers to deliver end-to-end travel solutions that support automation, compliance, and efficiency. Key requirements include an online booking tool with live inventory for flights and accommodations, integration with FNB Botswana’s ERP systems, and a 24/7 helpdesk supported by traveler safety monitoring.
The EOI also outlines the need for automated approval workflows, real-time compliance tracking, and business intelligence tools for cost optimization and policy enforcement. Applicants must demonstrate at least three years of experience in corporate travel management and provide evidence of servicing at least three reference clients in the last three years.
Additional pre-qualification requirements include company registration documents, tax clearance, VAT certification, and relevant industry certifications such as IATA. All applicants must also have an operational presence within Botswana.
Interested companies must submit their EOIs by email to fnbtenders@fnbbotswana.co.bw before 23 May 2025 at 17:00 hours, with the email subject clearly stating the EOI reference number and title. Shortlisted companies will be contacted for further engagement starting 26 May 2025.
