Choppies Announces Resignation of Group Head of Human Resources After 15 YYears. Choppies Group has announced the resignation of its Group Head of Human Resources, Mr Molatedi Kgotla, marking the end of a 15-year tenure with the organisation.
In a statement issued to stakeholders, staff, the media and the public, the Group confirmed that Mr Kgotla has departed the company after serving in the human resources leadership role for over a decade. During his time at Choppies, he played a role in the development and administration of the Group’s people management processes.
The company acknowledged Mr Kgotla’s contribution to the organisation, noting his involvement in human resources systems and workforce management during his period of service. Choppies expressed appreciation for his years of commitment and extended well wishes as he moves on to future endeavours.
The resignation forms part of a leadership change within the Group’s human resources function. Choppies has indicated that, on an interim basis, all matters relating to people management will be handled by the Human Resources Manager, Ms Amantle Koonne.
