Mogoditshane is welcoming a new lifestyle destination with the launch of Box 14 Chisanyama & Lounge, set to officially open this Saturday, August 30th, 2025, at Fourways Junction Mall next to Sefalana. The launch event will feature live entertainment from 16h00, marking the beginning of what aims to be a unique dining and social experience for the community.

Box 14 stands out not only for its stylish setting but also for its deep cultural roots. The name pays tribute to a piece of Mogoditshane’s history: decades ago, residents shared a single post box, P.O. Box 14, and gathered at the kgotla to collect their mail. Today, that same sense of community connection is revived in a modern way, with food and entertainment at the heart of the experience.

Founder Lebogang Okoye shared that the location was carefully chosen to serve people in the surrounding areas. “We wanted to create a space where locals don’t always have to travel into town to enjoy themselves,” she explained.

Okoye emphasised that Box 14 offers more than just chisanyama. “What makes Box 14 different is the overall experience and customer service. It’s about creating a space where people feel at home while enjoying high-quality food and entertainment.”
