Botswana Digital and Innovation Hub Issues Tender for External Audit SServices. The Botswana Digital and Innovation Hub (BDIH) has invited eligible companies to submit tenders for the provision of external audit services under a three year contract. The tender is issued under reference number BDIH 001-19.01.2025/26 and is specifically reserved for 100 percent citizen owned companies or businesses.

According to the tender notice, the appointment will cover external audit services for BDIH over a three year period. Interested bidders are required to be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) under Code 314, which covers finance related services. Eligible tenderers must also be registered under Sub code 06 for auditing services and Sub code 07 for accounting services.

BDIH stated that the tender opportunity is open only to companies that meet all the stated registration and ownership requirements. Companies that do not comply with these conditions will not be considered during the evaluation process.

The closing date and time for the submission of tender offers is set for 29 January 2026 at 10:00 hours. All tender submissions must be sent electronically by email via Dropbox, as specified in the tender documents. The organisation has emphasised that late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Potential bidders who require further information or clarification regarding the tender documents have been advised to submit their queries in writing. All requests for clarification must reach BDIH no later than seven days before the tender closing date.
