BHC Seeks Local Developers to Boost Affordable Housing Delivery in Botswana. The Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) has issued a call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from locally registered property developers and investors to collaborate in expanding access to affordable housing across the country.

This initiative presents a timely opportunity for Botswana-based entrepreneurs in the property and investment sectors to actively contribute to national development goals through strategic partnerships with BHC.

According to the official call, BHC is inviting proposals from developers and investors who have the capacity, experience, and vision to deliver sustainable, affordable housing solutions.
