Township Rollers and SOGO Introduce ‘Blue Magic’ Branded Ice Cream Partnership. Township Rollers has announced a new commercial partnership with local ice cream manufacturer SOGO, introducing a co-branded product named Blue Magic that will be distributed at match venues and selected retail outlets.
The collaboration includes a revenue-sharing arrangement in which the team will earn 35 percent of gross sales generated from the Blue Magic ice cream sold through these channels.Speaking on the development, Rollers chairman Fish Pabalinga reflected on the club’s recent situation and progress since taking office.
“When i took over the chairmanship in January, the team was in real danger of relegation,things were not looking good for us. We have been able to stabilise the team in the field of play and it’s quite commendable,” said Rollers chairman Fish Pabalinga.”
The Blue Magic product will be available during all Township Rollers match days as well as through selected local retail partners, extending the club’s commercial reach beyond stadium environments.
This partnership reflects a growing trend of sports clubs exploring merchandising collaborations to diversify revenue streams while engaging supporters with branded consumer products.
