Alexforbes Botswana Secures Fourth Consecutive Top Employer Certification. Alexforbes Botswana has been certified as a Top Employer for 2026, marking the fourth year in a row that the organisation has received the recognition from the Top Employers Institute. The accreditation highlights the company’s continued focus on strengthening its people practices, employee experience and organisational culture.

The Top Employer certification is awarded following an independent assessment process that benchmarks organisations against established best-practice standards. These standards cover areas such as people strategy, leadership, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and workplace culture.

Alexforbes Botswana Chief Executive Officer Poloko Masitara said the recognition reflects the organisation’s ongoing efforts to build a strong internal culture. He noted that the company’s work in pension fund administration depends heavily on skilled and motivated employees who are able to deliver efficient and responsive service to clients. He added that investing in employees strengthens the business and supports the company’s ability to provide insight-led advice and solutions.

Lebogang Dodo, Human Capital Business Partner at Alexforbes Botswana, said the achievement represents a significant milestone for the organisation. She stated that the certification affirms the company’s long-term approach to embedding people-centred practices that support wellbeing, inclusion, leadership development and career growth. According to Dodo, the recognition also reflects employees’ day-to-day workplace experiences and the company’s commitment to creating an environment where people feel valued and supported.

The Top Employer recognition extends beyond Botswana. Alexforbes has also been certified as a Top Employer for 2026 in South Africa and Namibia, underscoring the group’s presence across the region.

The latest certification reinforces Alexforbes Botswana’s continued emphasis on developing its workforce and maintaining standards aligned with international benchmarks in human capital management.
