Ticket Linc Founder Wins USD 15,000 Sustainability and Growth Award at Women in Tech Botswana 2025. Kelly Ramputswa-Tlale, founder of the digital ticketing platform Ticket Linc, has been awarded the Sustainability and Growth Award at the Standard Chartered Women in Tech Botswana 2025 Graduation Ceremony. The accolade comes with a prize of USD 15,000 (P212,000), recognising enterprises that demonstrate notable growth and the potential for long-term sustainability.

Ticket Linc is a digital ticketing and event management solution designed to streamline access, improve attendee experience, and support organisers with efficient, tech-enabled tools. Ramputswa-Tlale’s leadership in expanding the platform’s visibility and impact played a key role in securing the award.

The Sustainability and Growth Award acknowledges companies that have shown measurable improvement in areas such as revenue performance, staffing, market expansion, or investment attraction. It also highlights the enterprise’s ability to create and maintain sustainable operations in the fast-growing technology sector.

Speaking after receiving the award, Ramputswa-Tlale said the recognition reinforces Ticket Linc’s mission to transform the event experience in Botswana and other markets through user-centred innovation. She added that the support from the programme will help strengthen the platform’s next phase of growth.

The Women in Tech programme, run in collaboration with Standard Chartered and its local partners, focuses on empowering women-led tech businesses through mentorship, training, and access to funding opportunities. Each year, the programme culminates in a graduation ceremony where high-performing participants are recognised for their progress.

Ramputswa-Tlale’s win marks a significant achievement for Botswana’s tech ecosystem, showcasing the country’s growing pool of innovative entrepreneurs building digital solutions for modern business needs.
