NDB Launches Youth Logo Design Competition for New Strategic Era. The National Development Bank (NDB) has announced an exciting opportunity for young creatives across Botswana to shape the bank’s next chapter through a logo design competition for its upcoming strategic plan, Motlhala Wa Pula, Modi Wa Isago 2025–2030 — translated as The Path of Rain, Seed of the Future.

The winning designer will walk away with a P10,000 cash prize, making this initiative one of the most empowering creative opportunities for Botswana’s youth this year. The competition calls on young artists, graphic designers, and creative entrepreneurs to visually express NDB’s renewed vision of Empowerment, Transformation, and Success — values that guide its future direction as a development finance institution.

Entries must creatively capture the spirit of growth, sustainability, and innovation reflected in the bank’s five-year strategic plan.
