“I started by cooking for friends and neighbours,” she told The People’s Daily News Online. “They believed in me before I believed in myself.”

Her standout service? A Monthly Meal Subscription at just P550, offering home-cooked meals Monday to Friday. Dishes include traditional favourites like madombi with beef stew, bogobe jwa lerotse, grilled chicken, and even pork trotters with cabbage every Friday.

Beyond daily meals, Chef Mo caters for weddings, funerals, baby showers, office functions, and more. Her catering packages range from P90 to P150 per person, with options for extras like drinks, desserts, finger foods, and cheese boards.

She also offers labour-only catering, where clients provide ingredients while her team cooks professionally on-site. A non-refundable P1,000 deposit secures any booking, with a minimum of 10 guests required.
