Orange Botswana Opens Tender for Outsourced Contact Centre Services, Invites Local and Global Bidders. Orange Botswana has officially invited sealed proposals from eligible and experienced companies for the provision of outsourced contact centre services, as part of its continued efforts to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The tender, registered under Tender No. RFP002/2025, is open to both domestic and international bidders.

Companies interested in participating are required to pay a non-refundable fee of BWP1,000.00 (VAT inclusive). Payments must be made via bank transfer directly to Orange Botswana’s designated FNB account. Tender documents will only be issued upon receipt of proof of payment and submission of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Once verified, the tender documents will be shared electronically during business hours (08:00–12:30 and 14:00–16:30 on weekdays) through email. Proposals must be submitted in two parts: a technical solution and a commercial proposal. All proposals must be submitted via the Sprint Portal by 9th May 2025 at 15:00hrs. Late submissions and proposals submitted via email, fax, or phone will not be accepted.

• Deadline for Questions: 11th April 2025
