Orange Botswana Opens Tender for Outsourced Contact Centre Services. Orange Botswana has officially invited sealed proposals for the provision of outsourced contact centre services, offering an opportunity for both local and international companies to collaborate with one of Botswana’s leading telecommunications providers.
The tender, listed as RFP002/2025, seeks qualified and experienced service providers capable of delivering efficient and high-quality outsourced contact centre operations. This announcement presents a significant opportunity for Botswana-based entrepreneurs and service firms to engage in a high-value project with one of the country’s top corporates.
A non-refundable tender purchase fee of BWP 1,000.00 (VAT inclusive) is required. Payments must be made directly to Orange Botswana’s FNB account, with confirmation and a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) submitted to the provided email address in order to receive tender documents.
Tender submissions must include both technical and commercial proposals, with the latter uploaded via the Sprint Portal. The final deadline for submission is 9th May 2025 at 15:00hrs, with no exceptions for late or electronic submissions.
