Eunice Mpoloka of Hoisting Solutions Joins Stanford Seed Transformation Program 2025 Cohort. Eunice Mpoloka, Founder and CEO of Hoisting Solutions, has been selected to join the prestigious 2025 Stanford Seed Transformation Program (STP) Southern Africa Cohort. Her participation marks a significant milestone for Botswana’s entrepreneurial and industrial landscape.
Hoisting Solutions is a majority female citizen-owned plant hire company specialising in crane hire services for the mining, commercial, and private sectors. With operational branches in Gaborone, Letlhakane, and Jwaneng, the company is recognised for its commitment to safety, quality, and innovation in lifting solutions.
Mpoloka’s inclusion in the STP’s 8th Southern Africa cohort positions her among a select group of business leaders across the region who are committed to scaling their companies and driving sustainable economic growth. The Stanford Seed Transformation Program, an initiative of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, offers a year-long leadership program aimed at equipping entrepreneurs in emerging markets with the tools and mindset to grow their businesses and positively impact their communities.
As the only representative from Botswana in this year’s cohort, Mpoloka brings visibility to the country’s industrial capabilities and highlights the growing role of women-led enterprises in traditionally male-dominated sectors.
